You can issue refunds through your Payment Processor account. Log in to your account and you will be able to issue refunds there. Be sure to change the status of the User on your Manage List after you do! 

If you are a User, and would like a refund, you must contact your event Organizer to receive a refund. Because we do not have access to their Payment Processor account, we are unable to issue refunds on behalf of the Organizer.
