Do my payers need a WePay account to pay on PayIt2?

No. Your payers do not need a WePay Account. Your payers can use PayIt2 with a credit or debit card without having to sign up to WePay. 

Who can use WePay? 

Currently, WePay only supports USD. WePay is working on the functionality to allow currencies from around the world to use WePay, but for now, it's limited to USD. 

Does WePay issue refunds? 

An Organizer can issue a refund through WePay within 60 days of a transaction. Between 60 and 180 days, please contact WePay support to issue the refund on behalf of the Organizer. After 180 days, no refunds can be issued. 

What are the fees with WePay like? 

The fees are stated clearly on the WePay Fees Page. There is no monthly cost associated with WePay, and you don't have to pay any membership fees or up front costs.
